And lo, time did continue to pass.

Let's see. Monday was my birthday (happy birthday to me, hey! happy birthday to me, hey!)...

Sunday I found out something potentially horrid and worrisome and upsetting, and so I ended up going home from work on Monday after two hours and sleeping all day in depression and awfulness. But you know what? I have personal leave time and I'm allowed.

So, Tuesday I felt better, functioned at work, blah blah blah. So I declared Tuesday my birthday this year instead. That worked alright.

Since then I've been having a vaguely okay week. I'm still not at my peak at either work or home, but I'm pulling through horrible crap and keeping at it, which is more than I've really had the emotional reserves for in the past.

And in newest news, I just got my very first all-by-myself credit card! I got one just before I left for college, but it was secured by a savings account balance and my dad's credit line. This one's ALL MINE. It was time.

Happy Birnthday! Even if I'd read my spreadsheet in time, which I didn't, I would have had the wrong birthday. *bappity bappity bappity*

Woo. Don't spend too much now. And happy belated birthday.

Oh wow! Happy Birthday! I'm sure you told me during your visit in Seattle, but I'm equally sure I totally forgot. ><;; Happy birthday, dahlink!
I hope things bounce back from awfulness and stuff. Have fun with the credit card, but be careful. Credit cards are the work of the devil. And not in the good way, either.

To relieve my credit shy friends, I'm not planning on spending any more than I did before. (I never carry a balance on my card.) I'm just happy about doing the Grown-up credit building thing. No money-mad ferrets on the town.

I never knew!

God, I never knew. Than again I never asked. Talk to you later. I'm at home so give me a call if you get bored.
