There's a disease entry in The Thackery T Lambshead Pocket Guide to Eccentric & Discredited Diseases on the subject of compulsively posting about, photographing, describing on the phone or otherwise cataloguing one's life to the exclusion of actually living it or thinking about anything one is doing. I was disturbed.

It's a great book, by the way. I recommend it to anyone running a Call of Cthulhu game as a sourcebook, or anyone who likes reading eccentric Victorian pastiche, or anyone who wants to hear the theory that your skin is actually a gigantic parasite.

Many big-name comics people contributed to it (which is why I got it), but they did only one apiece. Those are rather spectacular ones, but the overall quality is pretty spectacular, so it's not just a Because Famous People Did It book. Unless you're into that sort of thing, in which case it's a dandy one.
