I'm on a plane to Gallifrey One this afternoon. I'll be checking email, phone, and comments here if you want to (a) meet up or (b) request Whovian trinkets to be smuggled home to Seattle in my luggage.

In the meantime, I leave y'all with a photo of an outfit I will not be wearing. For the record, being a groomsmaid is totally worth it for the clothes.

I'm HOPING that the bar as the same drink special as last year (this started because they had an absurdly cheap special on cosmos, so despite how ridiculous they were, we just drank them ALL WEEKEND -- they were also surprisingly good).

Right now, UNBELIEVABLY, there are no delays out of JFK. So we're hoping we'll make it.

The con was both mythic and epic, by the way. I felt like I got to live in all of my head for a while, including some of the "oh, this is silly" bits that I usually don't give enough space to.
