Did I forget to mention that I've had plane tickets to Italy since January? Yeah, uh, I should post more updates.

I'm in Italy! I have 8 hours sleep behind me, and 30 hours awake before that. Wheeeee!

I'll be in Naples the next two weeks, running around with spaced, cinnamonteal, arjache, and several other people who have LJs but I don't want to risk spelling them wrong in the rush.

Well-wishes, touristing advice, and demands for trinkets accepted here. For the record, one of the reasons I haven't posted in advance is that Italy is not an emotional home or goal for me in itself. My draw on this trip is running around behind the Doctor Bill as fast as possible with my eyes wide open for two weeks and repelling alien invasion surviving a non-Anglophone country with all limbs intact.

Oh, and did I mention the mannequin phobia and the four angel statues I've seen so far while sleep deprived? This is gonna be awesome.
