Someone I think of as a friend could use a hand. I've met him in person, we've exchanged postcards and Christmas cards, he's offered me the loan of a chest binder when mine went missing at a con. He's really good people. Knowing him, and getting to read his rather awesome fanfic, has made my life a better place.*

He is trans and has an option for (relatively) affordable top surgery, but only if he can get money together in pretty short order.
