Processing magazine donations at the library, I am amazed by the magazines in existence, and by their egalitarian proximity to each other.

Time and Newsweek and Smithsonian and National Geographic,
PETA Quarterly and National Rifleman,
Sports Illustrated and Golf and Tennis,
Sunset and Martha Stewart Living and Better Homes and Gardens,
Lutheran Life and Born Again,
Professional magazines for stockbrokers and writers and graphics editors,
Montana Sportsman and Mobile Home News and The Country Gentleman (25 years old with a picture of Prince Charles on the cover).

It's dizzying.
