Auspicious birthday dreams! I haven't remembered many dreams lately, so this is particularly nice. None of the specific elements were positive, and most I'd avoid in real life, but the overall tone was "You have friends, you are who you want to be, you get to do relaxing things, and there is more cake than you know what to do with."

Today I am wearing my birthday socks from my mother, my birthday cufflinks of Rassilon from cinnamonteal, and my birthday haircut which is so short it's nearly a Caesar again.

Reminder, my mathom birthday party is in two days, Saturday from 1 to 5. Be there or be a rectangular thinge. Tell your friends.

Help a brother out (with trans surgery)

Someone I think of as a friend could use a hand. I've met him in person, we've exchanged postcards and Christmas cards, he's offered me the loan of a chest binder when mine went missing at a con. He's really good people. Knowing him, and getting to read his rather awesome fanfic, has made my life a better place.*

He is trans and has an option for (relatively) affordable top surgery, but only if he can get money together in pretty short order.
