gementI just checked hotmail from my home computer for the first time in several weeks, thanks to the superhuman efforts of the superb Meester Feesh (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
gfish), who swung four hours out of his way to bring me an SUV-ful of my possessions, most notably my computer.
The autofill on the hotmail username was still set togarillama's account. I half expected her to walk in and want to use it. I miss her.
In other news, I have signed a one year lease on this apartment, I continue to work, the apartment manager is grudgingly considering allowing me to paint my room subliminal blue-white instead of subliminal yellow-white (apartment standard "antique white," bleh), I'm surrounded by treasured possessions, I get to go to sci-fi cons and David Bowie concerts and excellent used bookstores and the Arboretum, and lots of people love me. Life is good.
