I am officially geeking out hard on Firefly. Yay, space western! My only regret is that I missed the first-wave geekery (and wasn't even reading LJ at the time) so this is rerun fandom for a lot of you. Still, some quotes bear repeating. Like the one that I now have as my screensaver at work:

"But if your hand touches metal, I swear by my pretty flowered bonnet I will end you."

P.S. to Blacklite -- I am flattered by your perception of resemblance between Kaylee and myself. She's shiny.

I own the box set of Firefly and have watched it 3 times threw this deployment at sea alone. I know I can talk to someone when I get home about Firefly.

I am in love! This series is amazing!
