IT'S ME

First full-time employment since the end of September. Policy stuff for The Empire, less technical than I'd like but ohhhhh, the pay rate, and hours and work site are extremely flexible.

And I'll get to set and consolidate policies, which is to say tell people what to do in writing and tell them how to solve the inconsistencies between their previous broken systems. I am good at these things.

(I will also be in an ideal position to point out and correct any policies that contain latent prejudice, which will be AWESOME.)

Hacking like crazy at random intervals and my voice is weak, otherwise basically back to normal.

I think the voice actually helped at the interview. I had to modulate low and sounded all civilized and responsible.
