"Be your best self" birthday name change celebratistravaganza! (full party invite)

Things to know:
The party is Sunday, June 8, from 5pm to 11pm.
The party is at my house in Maple Leaf/Greenlake. If you do not know where it is, ask me.

THERE WILL BE FOODS:
We are totally covered on all of the following foods. If you want to eat or share other foods, please bring them! A couple of savory entrees or creamy desserts wouldn't go amiss.
-- Strawberries, grapes, whipped cream
-- Tomatoes, carrots, ranch dressing
-- Almonds, cashews
-- Fancy crackers, three fancy cheeses (there can never be enough fancy cheeses)
-- Deviled eggses
-- Lime & Seltzer, sherbet punch, Sprite, Diet Sprite

THERE WILL BE AMENITIES:
-- We have a quiet back yard.
-- We will have an official Introvert's Room for quiet time.
-- We will be showing silly movies, but the screen will only face half the room to accommodate those who dislike the distraction.
-- There will be a short belly dancing performance, and also a guitar performance.
-- If you wish to contribute a public or private performance, (Antonio Banderas voice) bring your guitars. Or whatever else. Just let me know.

Plan on coming? RSVP is not required, but if you drop a comment (or reply by any other social networking means), it would be awesome to know who to expect.

I'm thinking of leaving my shield at home, since it takes up a certain amount of extra space and might be in the way at the party. Will that be a disappointment? I can always bring it and lean it up against the wall.

At least gfish will be there, and perhaps the other two Agoranauts as well.

:D You can bring it to lean against a wall if it's not a hassle to schlep it over. I will be fine either way, though it would be a lovely decoration.
