In more important news, I'm in the Homeland, journeying back on the 25th, when I anticipate a splendidly spacious Greyhound ride.
21st: Solstice party at House 2.0.
23rd: Christmas (observed) at the Old Homestead.
25th: Back to the wetlands.
Sorry for the total lack of updating or keeping up with anyone. I've survived my first quarter of grad school!

I think my first semester was the worst because I didn't know what was happening to me. Certainly there were semesters where things were more high-stakes, or where I had to do more work, but nothing compared to the first semester in terms of psychological trauma.
