What needs doing, what wants doing.
May. 8th, 2008 08:47 amI am having trouble getting certain things done. Important things. Doing my laundry. Taking stuff to Goodwill. Cleaning my bathroom and installing the shelving unit in it. Taking the doors out of my closet. That kind of thing.
The one thing I am not having trouble getting done is writing a lot of vampire fiction and reading it dramatically in my head. My therapist suggested that there might be a market for this. I am working on seeing my artistic output as valuable, so on her advice I am seeing if this is a way people might find it valuable.
I have previously asked people to come over and help me in exchange for the pleasure of my company. I am now writing to ask if anyone would come over and help me in exchange for my company and my services as a dramatic reader of naughty vampire fiction. I don't know if this will be of interest, but I'm putting it out there.
The old company-only offer still stands if you're not into naughty vampire fiction.
Please let me know if you're interested. If you don't want to express your interest publicly, you can write to me at this handle @ hotmail instead.

She's a writer, both pro and fan, is knowledgable about the alt sexuality communities, and she's also a professional actor, a fencer, and a Regency recreationist! It's a big pile of squee.

Date: 2008-05-08 09:20 pm (UTC)In regards to naughty vampire fiction, have you considerd checking into the "Red Hot Words" thingy they do at The Club? It's more or less an erotic read aloud night, and I believe they are still doing it. I'm not 100% certain on that, but I bet the folks that run NSWG would be able to tell you if it's not on the posted club schedule. Could be good advance press for your naughty vampire novel, if you feel OK about reading in semi-public. Should you decide that sounds interesting, I'd be willing to go in support of you. };>
